Most people have been told to âfollow their passionâ without ever being given a real way to figure out what that passion actually is.
That advice sounds inspiring until you sit down and try to act on it. Passion is not always obvious, and for a lot of people it has been buried under years of doing what was expected, what paid the bills, or what seemed practical. Finding it requires slowing down and paying attention to what genuinely lights you up versus what just keeps you busy.
That is what this worksheet is designed to help you do.
The Passion Exploration Worksheet starts by asking you to list five activities that have captured your interest recently. Then you rate each one on two things: how engaged you felt while doing it and how energized you felt afterward. That combination reveals a lot more than interest alone ever could. The worksheet closes by asking you to identify three new activities or subjects you want to explore, which keeps the momentum going beyond the page.
It is simple, honest, and a lot more useful than being told to just follow your heart.
