Most people spend years chasing the next job, the next title, or the next paycheck without ever stopping to ask a more important question: what actually gives your work meaning?
That question is harder to answer than it sounds. Purpose is not something you stumble into or figure out from a job description. It comes from paying attention to the moments in your life when you felt like what you were doing actually mattered, and then being honest about what those moments have in common.
That is exactly what this worksheet helps you do.
The Purpose Exploration Worksheet guides you through identifying three to five moments in your life when you felt you were making a positive difference. For each one, you capture what you were doing, who was impacted, and how it made you feel. Then you step back and look across all of those moments together, searching for the patterns and common themes that start to reveal what your purpose actually looks like in practice. The worksheet closes with a notes section so you can capture whatever comes up as you work through it.
It is a short exercise with a surprisingly powerful result. When you can see your purpose clearly, career decisions get a lot easier.
